Reflections of the Oval
Click for previous image
It was blinking hot when we went to the Oval on Tuesday. Not a cloud in the London sky, no smog, no haze, just drenching sunlight. The Oval is one of my favourite cricket grounds in the country; there's a real intimacy about the ground and the new stand (reflected) adds to the sense of closeness and the fact that it is truly an oval. The gas tower is another symbol of the ground that I've always really liked.

This is my brother and his new Nike sunglasses - not much to say about them except they've got interchangeable lenses which is pretty damn cool. I almost want a pair.
